Novi Midstream is a privately-owned forward-looking energy company focused on pipeline projects and facilities solutions for upstream energy companies and downstream end-user markets.
Novi Midstream has a broad understanding of the North American energy sector and the opportunities created through the increasing domestic and global demand for U.S. energy.
EXPERIENCE
Prior to Novi Midstream, Joe Gutierrez co-founded NET Midstream, a marketing and midstream company, in 1996.
NET Midstream owned and operated 7 natural gas pipeline systems and appurtenant facilities primarily in Texas, and through its in-house engineering and operating experience, managed 3rd party engineering, procurement, and construction contractors to the completion and initial flow of the pipelines, compressor stations (electric and gas driven) and the associated facilities.
Pipeline systems included the largest export pipeline system to Mexico, consisting of 42” and 48” diameter pipe with transportation capacity of 2.3 Bcf/d. NET Midstream was sold to NextEra Energy Partners in 2015.
Other career experience includes positions with NextEra Energy Partners, Mobil Natural Gas Inc., and Natural Gas Pipeline Company of America.
